Killer Elite 2 (2026): Jason Statham, Clive Owen

In 1980, assassins Danny Bryce, Hunter, Davies, and Meier are in Mexico to kill a target. Danny accidentally kills the man in front of his child and gets hurt while escaping. Troubled by this event, Danny retires and goes back to Australia. A year later, he is called to Oman because Hunter is captured. He meets with an Agent who informs him that Hunter took a $6 million job but failed, risking his life if Danny doesn't finish it.

Danny meets Sheikh Amr, a former king of Oman, who wants him to eliminate three ex-SAS agents responsible for his sons' deaths during a rebellion. Danny must film their confessions and stage their deaths as accidents before the Sheikh dies, allowing his fourth son, Bakhait, to take over. If Danny fails, Hunter will be executed. Danny reconnects with Davies and Meier, who agree to assist him for a share of the reward.

While Danny and Meier break into the home of their first target, Steven Harris, Davies investigates local bars for information about ex-SAS members. This alerts the Feathermen, a group protecting former operatives. Their top enforcer, Spike Logan, is dispatched to look into it. Logan sends a member to follow Davies, who captures photos of Danny and the team. Danny notices the follower, but he escapes. After Harris confesses on tape, Danny and Meier take him to the bathroom to execute a plan of making it look like an accident by using a hammer. Danny gets distracted when Harris’s girlfriend arrives, and upon returning, he finds Meier had to kill Harris in a struggle.

In London, Davies identifies Steven Cregg as the next target, who is set for a night march at an SAS base. Davies pretends to have car trouble outside the base, allowing Danny to sneak in. There, Danny drugs Cregg's coffee to induce shock, leading to his death from hypothermia during the march. In uniform, Danny follows Cregg, who confesses on video before dying. Logan almost catches Danny but he manages to escape.

Danny informs the Agent that Logan's team is tracking them. The Agent coordinates with the British Government, which appears to be orchestrating the operation to manipulate the Sheik for oil. They offer to deal with Logan and contact his superiors, who initially wanted to leave the Oman situation alone. Simon McCann, now a mercenary, is targeted next. With the help of inexperienced team member Jake, they remotely control a truck to collide with McCann's car, killing him. However, Logan and his men are watching, leading to a shootout at the docks where Jake accidentally kills Meier. Danny and Davies conclude the case and go their separate ways. Shortly after, Davies is killed by a truck while fleeing from Logan's men.

Danny returns to Oman and delivers a fake taped confession to the Sheikh. Hunter is freed and reunited with his family, while Danny goes back to Australia to reconnect with childhood friend Anne. He later learns from an agent that Ranulph Fiennes, involved in the Sheikh's sons' murders, is about to publish a book about his SAS experiences. Danny instructs Anne to go to France with Hunter for her safety while he completes his last mission. The Sheikh's son confirms that Harris was innocent. Meanwhile, Logan tracks Danny using an agent and sends a team to protect the author, but Jake diverts them, allowing Danny to sneak in and shoot the author, only wounding him and taking photos that suggest he's dead. Logan pursues Danny and captures him, but a British government agent interrupts, revealing their involvement due to the Sheikh's oil reserves. A three-way fight breaks out, enabling Danny to escape while Logan shoots the agent.

Danny and Hunter travel to Oman to deliver the photos to the Sheikh. However, Logan gets there first, confronts the Sheikh about the fake photos, and kills him. The Sheikh's son is indifferent and gives the payment meant for Danny and Hunter to Logan. Hunter sees Logan leaving, prompting him and the Sheikh’s men to chase after him. After stopping the Sheikh's men, Danny and Hunter meet Logan on a desert road. Danny tells Logan he can keep the money, although Hunter takes some for his expenses. They give Logan the rest, explaining he'll need it to escape the government after killing an agent and defying the Feathermen and British authorities. Danny states it's finished for him and that Logan needs to decide for himself. They leave, promising to send a cab from the airport. Danny then goes to France to begin a new life with Anne.
